Production of urethane castings or plastic prototypes can be
used for a variety of applications such as Rapid Prototyping
and low volume runs. Using Acu-Cast’s
stereolithography apparatus
(SLA machines), models are created and used as patterns to
create a RTV tool that is used in our computer controlled
vacuum casting machines to mold urethane duplicates. Our
tools produce plastic prototypes that have the exact shape
and physical characteristics of your design. This is Rapid
